Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this 30-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at ask@oaktriven.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your item securely with all original materials
  4. Include your RAN and original receipt
  5. Ship to our return address (provided upon approval)

Important Note: The return shipping address will be provided during the return authorization process. Do not return items to our business address without prior authorization.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the item within 2 business days
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund

Partial Returns

For orders containing multiple items:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email photos of the damage to ask@oaktriven.com
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue
  4. We will provide return shipping labels for damaged/incorrect items
