PayPal Payments

Order Processing

Please note the following regarding order processing:

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
  • For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production
  • All prices are in US Dollars
  • Sales tax will be applied according to Maryland state regulations

Billing Information

For your records and convenience:

  • An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after purchase
  • A detailed invoice will be included with your shipment
  • Digital receipts are available in your account dashboard

Custom Orders

For custom cutting board orders:

  • A detailed quote will be provided before payment is required
  • 50% deposit required to begin production
  • Remaining balance due before shipping
  • Custom orders cannot be refunded once production begins
